Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r4777 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the r4777 website at https://r4777.org, including all games, services, and promotional content available thereon. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the r4777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with the r4777 platform in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the r4777 platform. r4777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the r4777 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. r4777 may request documentation to verify eligibility at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation entitles r4777 to suspend or close the relevant Account.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by r4777 or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by r4777 or any of its affiliated entities.

Account Registration

To access the full services available on the r4777 platform, you must register an Account. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile number. Each individual may hold only one Account on the r4777 platform at any time. The following obligations apply to all registered Account holders.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep that information updated throughout the term of your Account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your Account username or password with any third party.
• You must notify r4777 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. r4777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• r4777 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, or to close an existing Account, at its sole discretion and without providing reasons, subject to returning any undisputed cash balance.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or acquiring Accounts from other users is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all involved Accounts.

r4777 may require KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests or when triggered by internal risk monitoring. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by r4777 may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the r4777 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on r4777 is ৳100. r4777 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Accepted Methods: r4777 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability is subject to change. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. r4777 may, at its discretion, permit withdrawal to an alternative verified method where the original method is unavailable.
• Processing Times: Deposits credit to the Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening.
• Declined Transactions: r4777 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity.

All deposit and withdrawal requests must be made using payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. r4777 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Accounts found to be using third-party payment methods will be suspended pending investigation, and funds may be withheld until identity and source of funds are satisfactorily verified.

Bonuses and Promotions

r4777 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time each offer is presented.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to the specific wagering requirement stated for each promotion before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multiple Accounts claiming the same bonus will result in all Accounts being suspended.
• r4777 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to an Account, unless fraud is detected.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) and expire within the timeframe stated in the offer. Expired free spins and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be redeemed for cash directly. Only winnings derived from completing the stated wagering requirement on Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal, subject to the maximum win cap specified for each offer.
• r4777 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that r4777 considers to be in bad faith.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The r4777 platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage through any technical or non-technical means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform without prior written authorisation from r4777.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the r4777 platform, including through the use of another person's identity or a synthetic identity.
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a way that r4777 determines, at its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage across promotions, and coordinated multi-Account bonus harvesting.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward r4777 staff or other Players via any communication channel including live chat and email.

r4777 uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, r4777 reserves the right to void all bets placed and all winnings accumulated during the period of the prohibited conduct, in addition to closing the Account and withholding the Balance pending investigation.

Responsible Gaming

r4777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Account holders and may be activated at any time by contacting customer support.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. Upon reaching the set session limit, the Player will be logged out automatically.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be stopped.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current gaming session and net win/loss position.

Intellectual Property

All content on the r4777 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, trademarks, service marks, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of r4777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the r4777 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the express prior written consent of r4777.

The r4777 name and logo are trademarks of r4777. Unauthorised use of any r4777 trademark in connection with any product, service, or business that is not operated or endorsed by r4777 is strictly prohibited. Nothing in these Terms grants any licence to use any r4777 intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r4777 expressly excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, anticipated savings, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the r4777 platform.
• Losses resulting from interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond r4777's reasonable control including force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including forfeiture of Balance, Bonus Funds, or pending withdrawals as a consequence of prohibited conduct.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, odds, game results, or statistical data displayed on the platform that contain errors, whether typographical or otherwise, prior to correction by r4777.

Account Suspension and Termination

r4777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time. The following circumstances, without limitation, may result in suspension or termination.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or the payment and KYC obligations.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or use of the platform in connection with illegal activity — including during the pendency of an investigation.
• A Player's voluntary request for Account closure or self-exclusion.
• Where r4777 is required to close an Account by operation of law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Upon termination for breach or fraud, r4777 may withhold any Balance pending investigation and resolution. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach (for example, voluntary closure), r4777 will return the undisputed cash Balance to the Player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Privacy and Data

r4777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out what data r4777 collects, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and the rights available to you regarding your personal data. Amendments to These Terms

r4777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, r4777 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the r4777 platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the r4777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11. The most current version of these Terms is always available on the r4777 website and supersedes all previous versions.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes and claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to r4777's operations. r4777 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or lawful in any particular jurisdiction other than the jurisdiction in which it operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and r4777, the Player is encouraged to contact customer support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. r4777 is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, the Player may escalate the matter by writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint. r4777 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
